The following article says just about all of it. The bottom line is that this bailout of Wall Street is for the benefit of the 'Fat Cats', and we get the bill for their lavish lifestyles and golden parachutes. The economy is already doomed to have a significant recession-depression. This bailout will only make it that much worse. These people have profited from this real estate bubble and the exorbitant profits they made from investing in financial derivatives. Now they want US to finance the mess THEY created! Don't let them get away with it! Do whatever you can to stop this! Contact your congressman & senators, forward this (and other) e-mails and web sites that tell the truth about this to everybody you know... We have to stop these crooks & criminals in suits from totally wrecking this country. They're trying to protect their own butts from the meat grinder by putting OUR butts in it.
